Meet the Founders

KleanSource was founded by Joe Elkhanagry and Karim Gabriel, two friends on a mission to build the new iHerb for the Middle East.

Karim is a well-known fitness coach and the founder of Keep Going, Egypt's first and only Informed Choice–certified active lifestyle supplement brand — built on a simple philosophy of transparency and clean formulations, in a market where imported supplements too often came with questionable credibility. Having already fixed that problem on the product side, Karim teamed up with Joe to solve it at the retail level too: a single trusted destination where anyone in the Middle East could find genuine, high-quality supplements, vitamins, healthy food, and skincare — no guessing whether what they're buying is real.

What started as two friends solving a problem they'd both lived firsthand has grown into KleanSource's mission today: bring the world's best health and wellness brands to the Middle East, backed by real product authenticity and a shopping experience people can rely on.
