At KleanSource, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below carefully.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and purchase date.

Processing Time

Cairo & Giza: 5–7 working days from the pickup date (including quality inspection).
Other Governorates: 5–7 working days from the pickup date (including quality inspection).

Pickup

Your item will be collected within 48 hours of submitting your return or exchange request.

Product Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging.
If the product is returned in any condition other than its original state, it will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Delivery Fees

Original delivery fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any applicable delivery or return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Options

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method used at checkout.

1️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund amount will be credited to your KleanSource Wallet as store credit.
This balance can be used for any future purchases on the website.

2️⃣ Installment & Payment Gateways
(ValU, Souhoola, Premium, Contact, Halan, Seven, AMAN, Tru)

Refunds are processed within 48 business hours.
Refunds will be reflected in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on the provider.

3️⃣ Bank Card or Bank Account Payments

Refunds are processed within 48 business hours.
Refunds will be reflected in your account within 3–14 working days, subject to your bank’s policies.
